Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie reviewer, is known by her scathing appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming well-known in their forum. (Under her old username Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join the Channel Awesome team. The site remained active until early 2015 when the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents was revamped to Movie Nights. There are two podcasts she hosts on the channel, both of which focus on the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! The shows she appeared on Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of terrible films for kids or RiffTrax as well as some adult-oriented comedy. She started reviewing movies late in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited to join the reviewer family. She's appeared on numerous Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many shows on Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the family that Channel Awesome had together with Doug Walker.
